Returns & Exchanges
At miure studio, we follow the below policy for returns and exchanges.
- Size Exchange: Size exchanges are available within 3 days of delivery, subject to size availability.
- Item Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: Contact us within 3 days if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- Exchange Charges: Courier and delivery charges related to exchanges are the customer’s responsibility.
- Refunds: We do not offer refunds. Exchanges are subject to the exchange policy and product availability.
- Choosing a selection results in a full page refresh.
