• Item Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.
• Damaged or Incorrect Items: Contact us within 3 days if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
• Exchange Charges: Courier and delivery charges related to exchanges are the customer’s responsibility.
